As the Store Manager you will be a brand ambassador for SHEIKE everyday. You will provide an absolutely exceptional customer experience & lead your team of Stylists to do the same.

You will drive the team to build genuine customer connections, exceed KPI targets as well as grow personally & professionally.


In this role, you will drive a dynamic & vibrant business and have the ability to make strong commercial decisions to deliver exceptional results.

We are looking for a leader that is ready to make retail their long term career and grow with us


As the Store Manager you will;

  • Drive an exceptional & inclusive customer experience journey in every interaction
  • Inspire those you encounter through leading by example
  • Ensure the team is creating a high energy & compelling experience for customers
  • Coach & develop your team consistently to foster their skills & development
  • Achieve and exceed store sales, profit targets and budgets
  • Manage your roster + wages at a high level, through performance based rostering
  • Recruit highcalibre employees in line with the SHEIKE brand and values and to provide them with an excellent welcome, training and induction to the business
  • Be a strong communicator who can lead, coach, develop + influence others
  • Have outstanding standards of VM + store presentation
  • Drive a commercial business
  • Excellent operations & stock management
  • Be a SHEIKE brand ambassador every day

To be considered for the role, ideally you will have:

  • Minimum 2+Years experience in fashion retail as a Store Manager
  • Exceptional customer service & styling skills
  • Driven budgets + achieved exceptional sales results
  • Strong understanding of KPIS and their impact on the business
  • Ability to make decisions based on the best outcome for the business
  • Experience in leading, recruiting + developing a team
  • The ability to drive a positive culture & one team environment
  • Selfmotivated & strong communicator
  • A passionate SHEIKE brand ambassador that believes in excellence always
