Your team

Working in our Early Customer Engagement team provides you with a rewarding role where you will work with our customers to find favourable solutions regarding their debt.

The role is customer service based where you will be making calls/receiving calls to customers and working with them through their financial plans to develop appropriate solutions for our customers to allow them to get back on track with their payments.

You will be comfortable talking to people in a wide range of situations and be able to use your strong negotiation and listening skills to guide them to the most appropriate outcome.

Do work that matters

Making outbound calls presented via an automated dialler system
Negotiation and approval of repayment arrangements suitable to mitigate continued or further delinquency
Identification of customers experiencing financial difficulty that require a different payment treatment and providing them with relevant information.
Utilise all key techniques in gaining commitment to make payment through following the Payment Solutions Call Model
Competence in the collections process on all arrears products.
Perform manual searches of customers in arrears when required
Display the Group's core vision and values
Identifying and updating details to ensure accuracy of all Customer information

The role

This role will be Part-time, working 4 x 8 hours day (between Monday to Friday, 6am - 6pm).
