About the Opportunity


We have an exciting opportunity for a Manager, Service Desk and Technical Support to join our team within our Corporate Office located in the city central business district in the heart of Sydney, New South Wales.

Primary responsibilities of this role is to manage the effective Day to Day operation of the Technical Helpdesk and proactive Service initiatives within the group

This role will also include ad hoc travel to our QLD, NSW, and WA Villages.

About You

To be successful, you will have:

  • Minimum of 2+ years' experience in a supervising or management role
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Information Technology (desirable)
  • The ability to pass a preemployment medical including alcohol and drug screening
  • A National Police Clearance or be willing to obtain
  • Documentation to prove working rights within Australia
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple and sometimes conflicting objectives, whilst considering short and longterm priorities.
  • Capability to work under pressure, and independently
  • Above Average knowledge of IT concepts is required
  • Able to effectively communicate with management and staff both written and verbally, whilst maintaining a professional approach to customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and written language skills ensuring all communications can be clearly understood within the team and by the organization worldwide
  • Capability to communicate and support your team members and all levels of staff within the company
  • The ability to be aware of change in business priorities and respond positively to modified priorities to achieve effective outcomes
