Our clients' organisation specialises in developing innovative health technology to improve the safety and quality of life for their clients.

Founded 7 years ago, they have grown to service a customer base in excess of 120,000 and their future strategy includes exciting new product and services development.


Working collaboratively with the Exec Leadership team, you will be responsible for implementing the Company's strategic plan within your business unit.

You will also be leading the Customer Experience teams who manage all interactions with customers post sale. This includes the lifetime customer support offering as well as the collection of the annual fee for ongoing service.


About the role

  • Work collaboratively with the Executive Leadership team to manage the Company's daily operations as well as focusing on strategic projects
  • In consultation, design and develop a quality assurance program for key processes across the entire business (end to end) to ensure best practice
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by utilising key data and reports to inform training and coaching priorities for the broader business, not just the Customer Experience team
  • Use available reporting and metrics to set meaningful KPIs and communicate the achievement of them to the team
  • Demonstrate strong leadership in line with company values, engage, develop and motivate your team
    About you
You will have extensive leadership experience, high commercial acumen and a genuine passion for facilitating superior customer service. You will be a hands-on leader who leads by example without losing sight of strategic goals.

  • Proven experience in a similar role leading a customer focused and high performing team
  • Tertiary qualifications bachelor's degree (Business or similar)
  • Experience designing and implementing quality assurance frameworks
  • A desire to work in an ever changing environment, a problem solver and a pragmatic decision maker
