Your day in the life of a JOBTITLE at Optus:

Govern onshore and offshore centres to deliver to service and operational agreements and cost targets
Manage Service Management operational health and availability for over 3000 Optus Business clients
Development and deployment of initiatives to deliver high quality and consistent service operations across support organizations
Drive Best Practice improvements in Service Management, delivering regional and cross vertical cost efficiencies

Manages, reports and communicates to senior leadership on the global performance of responsible ITSM processes across OE and its delivery vendor

Your skills to pay the bills:

10+ years' of ICT industry experience in achieving operational goals for large matrixed organisations and multiple customers.
ITIL v4 Expert or a min 10 years ITIL experience
Significant and relevant business experience with multiple customers
A track record in successfully achieving/exceeding operational goals
