    The situation:

    We have a number of site administrator roles in the lower Bowen Basin.

    We have temp to perm opportunities and fixed term contracts.

    Responsibilities

    • Generating purchase orders, receipting & ensuring suppliers/subcontractors are paid according to payment terms
    • Processing payroll forms and liaising with payroll departments to resolve queries
    • Production administration supporting the the production team on site
    • Document control
    • Manage accommodation bookings and onboarding support

    Requirements

    • Mining site administration experience
    • Standard 11
    • CBM
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
