Your new role


We're looking for people who have a real drive to make a difference—for our customers, for each other, and for CSC.


As a professional and experienced Case Manager, you will use your expertise to support and guide vulnerable customers through a difficult time in their lives.

You will be empowered by management to use your sound judgement and create effective claim outcomes for CSC and our customers.

When managing claims, you will provide tailored and continuous customer engagement, predominately via
phone discussions, correspondence or virtual meetings. Cases may involve a degree of complexity, including legislative and sensitive medical/personal information.

You will be the main point of contact throughout the customer's claim journey by clear communication, gathering information, showing empathy, strong attention to detail and active listening.

Complex claims will have the support of a Case Assessor to provide assistance and determinations.


Responsibilities

  • Organising and delivering initial claim consultations with customers and their representatives, to ensure a successful and supportive claims journey
  • Ongoing customer contact throughout their claim
  • Ensuring sound and fair decisions are reached
  • Maintaining up to date and accurate records across CSC's systems

What you need to excel

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in case/claims management life insurance experience is highly regarded
  • Experience managing of a portfolio of cases endtoend
  • High level of written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate to a range of audiences and stakeholders
  • Professional, customer focused and willing to contribute to a positive business culture
  • Have the ability to understand and interpret legislation
  • Work independently to organise and prioritise your tasks
  • Selfmotivated attitude with a resilient nature and ability to adapt to change
