If so, Momentum Software Solutions has an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR).


Key Responsibilities:


  • Generate leads and identify potential customers through research and various channels.
  • Qualify leads by understanding their needs and assessing their fit for our solutions.
  • Build relationships with prospects and educate them on the value of our products.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to facilitate a seamless handoff of qualified leads.
  • Update and maintain accurate records of prospect interactions in our CRM system.
  • Continuously learn and stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.

Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage and build relationships with prospects.
  • Active listening skills to understand customer pain points and effectively communicate value.
  • Selfmotivated with a drive to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in using sales tools and technologies.
  • Knowledge of the industry and our products/services is a plus.
