The Company/Role:


Established in the early 2000's, they're a small independent building company specialising in custom-designed homes up to $4m, within the established suburbs of Perth.


Being a close-knit team with more than 60+ years combined experience in the Perth housing industry, they have a solid understanding of the complexities and emotions involved in building a new home, and strive to make the journey as positive and hassle-free as possible.


As a Site Supervisor you will be managing a portfolio of homes across the Northern suburbs of Perth, consisting of 1 & 2 storey homes.

Working with a supportive team, you will be given the tools to be successful and have the backing of an experienced leadership team.


To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • 1 Years+ Residential experience (ideally project homes)
  • Carpentry background preferable
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent time management
  • Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple sites
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality
