    PIMS Group are now seeking Experienced Underground Fitters for the Whynot Bord and Pillar Operation. PIMS Group is committed to providing long term Underground Services at Maxwell Mine offering you career stability. PIMS Group are proud to be offering jobs for local communities.

    About the Opportunity:

    With over 90 personnel currently on site, PIMS Group are now seeking motivated individuals with Underground Coal Experience to contribute to the success of this operation for a range of works. Opportunities within the Whynot Bord and Pillar operation are vital to operational success making this a unique chance for seasoned underground coal professional to showcase their expertise and contribute to the common goals of this operation.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Maintain underground equipment with a focus on safety and efficiency;
    • Execute specialised tasks related to underground operations in accordance with Maxwell Mine SHMS;
    • Collaborate with a skilled team of professionals to achieve project goals;
    • Contribute to the continuous improvement and innovation of mining processes.

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • Proven experience with Signed Transcripts as an Underground Tradespersons;
    • Strong commitment to safety protocols and procedures;
    • Ability to work effectively within a team and in challenging underground environments;
    • Excellent problem solving skills and a proactive approach to each day on tour.
