    PIMS Group are now seeking New to Industry Electricians and Mechanical Fitters for the Whynot Bord and Pillar Operation. PIMS Group are committed to providing long term Underground Services at Maxwell Mine offering you career stability. PIMS Group are proud to be offering jobs for local communities.

    About the Opportunity:

    With over 100 personnel currently on site, PIMS Group are now seeking motivated individuals with Heavy Industry or Industrial Experience to contribute to the success of this operation for a range of works. Opportunities within the Whynot Bord and Pillar operation are vital to operational success making this a unique chance for committed and loyal personnel to showcase their expertise and contribute to the common goals of our team.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Maintain underground equipment with a focus on safety and efficiency;
    • Execute specialised tasks related to underground operations in accordance with Maxwell Mine SHMS;
    • Collaborate with a skilled team of professionals to achieve project goals;
    • Contribute to the continuous improvement and innovation of mining processes.

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • Proven experience as an Electrician or Mechanical Fitter;
    • Australian recognised trade certificate;
    • Strong commitment to safety protocols and procedures;
    • Ability to work effectively within a team and in challenging underground environments;
    • Excellent problem solving skills and a proactive approach to each day on tour.
