You will empower your clients to problem solve. We do what it takes to help clients to be safe, healthy and productive at work. You will feel like a superhuman doing it.

This is about empowering our clients to be the hero of their own story through your skills of influence and expert intervention.

Day-to-day this might include:

Identifying the hurdles our clients have to return to work following illness or injury. We work with them to problem solve, plan and achieve safe and sustainable recovery and return to work and independence.
Building trust with your injured client, and a collaborative partnership with the referring case manager.
Working in a multidisciplinary team. You'll contribute team success by sharing your expertise and receiving others

What you need to have:

You have life changing skills and one of these qualifications:

Occupational Therapist registration with AHPRA or;

Physiotherapist registration with AHPRA or;
-
Exercise Physiologist Accreditation with ESSA
