Salary to $75,000 + super + fuel + shared pool car- Monday to Friday 9am5pm long hours a thing of the past

The Position
- Position available due to a relocation interstate
- Managing a portfolio of circa 110 x properties
- Shared Assistant Property Manager and Virtual Assistant
- Full leasing support & APM conducts routines
- Innovative systems to make the role streamlined
The Criteria
- Previous property management experience
- Current PM Registration
- Tidy presentation, a teamfocused attitude & MUST LOVE PM
- Love what you do, this is a positive working environment seeking people that lead by example.
