Performance Marketing Manager

  • 12 month FTC


  • Sydney Based

  • Hybrid work model.


Our client, a global entertainment company are seeking for a Performance Marketing Manager to cover the APAC region for a 12 month FTC.

You will lead and optimise the APAC paid media and SEO strategy, targeting both domestic and international audiences.

This role would suit a Performance specialist, looking to take that step up into a manager position.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Help define and lead the paid media strategy across both ANZ and Asia increasing exposure and drive >£5m revenue within an optimised ROI.
  • Working with the Paid Media Executive and 3rd party agencies, manage the paid channels (PPC, display, and social) at an effective ROI and CPA E.g. audit, plan and optimise performance both from an 'always on' perspective as well as for key campaigns.
  • Ensure delivery of cohesive search strategy (PPC and SEO) maximising presence and performance in the search engines.
  • Lead and develop SEO roadmaps, working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure best practices across technical and content development are implemented and adhered to.
  • Own and deliver the channel budgeting and forecasting, ensuring the programme has clear KPI's and achieves business ROI/CPA goals.

Key Skills you'll have:


  • Exceptional working knowledge of Google Ads (Search & Display), Facebook Ads, Salesforce Advertising Studio, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEO best practice and organic visibility tools.
  • Basic understanding of the ecommerce landscape across Asia including prominent platforms and ecommerce trends
  • Hands on experience of running paid media campaigns without agency support across both ANZ & Asia
  • Experience utilising both first and third party data to target and optimise paid media campaigns
  • A data driven, proactive and creative approach to problem solving.
  • Excellent communication skills.
This role is Sydney based, and operates a hybrid work model, occasional travel to the APAC region maybe required.
