The Role:

As a Store Manager, you will lead by example by providing each customer with a luxury, memorable & seamless client experience, whilst working with & driving the team to achieve and exceed daily, weekly, monthly & yearly sales & KPI targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Demonstrating highend customer service whilst displaying product knowledge
Assisting management with driving the team to meet/exceed sales targets & KPIs
Adjusting sales techniques in line with stock levels & company targets
Assisting with visual merchandising, including store & window displays

You Will Be:

Salary 80K + super + bonuses
An experienced Store Manager, preferably from a luxury retailer
An individual with a proven background in exceeding KPIs and sales targets
Extremely well presented, with confidence in your ability to drive a team to success
