Key Accountabilities:

Act in line with our Cleanaway Way and Leadership Model to participate in creating a highperformance, valuesbased culture
Ensure strategic, operational and functional risks are effectively managed and minimised
Cultivate a strong safety culture through employee engagement, awareness, ownership, consultation and continuous improvement
Assist in the development, design and construction of key market assets including business case preparation, fit for purpose design and delivery of asset
Oversee construction projects for landfill cells and sites, including capacity calculations, scheduling, management of third party CQA / contractors and resource & material coordination
Participate and support the review of targeted acquisitions, including Phase One assessments/property survey coordination, engineering review of design and operations and proforma modelling assistance

Critical Experience:

Experience in landfill engineering or industry compliance in air, water and solid waste
Proven project management skills managing complex civil engineering projects
Strong analytical skills and a focus on adding value to a company
Ability to read, analyse and interpret business documents, professional journals, technical procedures and government regulations
