About the role

Key Duties

  • Help establish a framework for how Change Management is executed with Fujitsu
  • Operate as change lead across multiple programs of work and ensure consistency around progress
  • Provide guidance and advisory services directly
  • Influence program teams and bring an element of change management to demonstrate value for change

About you

  • Tenured Change Management experience within large complex matrix organisations across multiple programs of work
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
