Plantmark's operations include one large-scale production nursery and seven Wholesale Trade Markets with sales and distribution in Victoria, New South Wales, and Queensland.

Description:

Key responsibilities

Reporting to the Quotes and Orders Manager, the role involves customer and supplier liaison, creating quotes and orders to specifications along with coordinating stock dispatch and delivery with our Dispatch team.

The position is full-time, working a five-day Monday to Friday roster

Business operational hours are:
Weekdays 7.00 am pm.

Plantmark offers a four-week induction and training program, with face-to-face learning and online courses presenting a roadmap for success in the role.

Skills and Experiences:

To be successful as a Plantmark Q&O Sales and Service Coordinator, you will have:

Sound knowledge and/or qualifications in horticulture.
Experience in sales including achieving sales targets and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for customer service.
Confident computer ability at intermediate standards.
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Positive work ethic and enjoy working in a team.

Applicants must also be capable of performing regular heavy lifting tasks and be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Some weekend work will be required on a rotational basis.
