The Role
As the Executive Assistant you will provide professional administrative and business support to our Executive Director (ED), Superannuation. You will also be contributing to the culture of collaboration, support and improved practices within the business support community.


The Team


Frontline Supervision is responsible for providing prudential regulation and risk assessment for a defined group of financial institutions in Australia, within banking, superannuation and insurance industry.


What your typical day will look like

  • Provide high quality executive level support to the Executive Director including maintaining confidentiality, prioritising and scheduling appointments, managing stakeholders, managing calendars and travel
  • Act as the point of contact for the Executive Director, liaising with senior internal and external stakeholders, directing and actioning requests
  • Manage, prepare and review incoming correspondence, including assisting with prioritisation and signoffs
  • Work collaboratively across the division to contribute to achieving outcomes
  • Coordinate work and projects with other members of the division
  • Liaise with senior management team on issues at a strategic level and provide information and support as required.

About you

  • High integrity including ability to manage confidential and sensitive information
  • Understanding of the finance sector in Australia to recognise key stakeholders and their role in interactions with APRA is desirable
  • Experience in the provision of executive support services to employees at Executive level, extensive experience in travel planning and event management
  • Significant communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills for liaising, addressing enquiries and developing relationships with all levels of management and employees
  • Organisational, time management, problem solving, and decisionmaking skills
  • Demonstrated experience working in a complex environment and able to solve complex problems
  • Proactive approach in obtaining information to support decision making and service delivery.
