We're on the lookout for a hands-on Internal Sales Team Leader with a passion for sales and a talent for leadership to join a global manufacturing business based in Silverwater, with plenty of onsite parking too.

The business has a huge product line and are leaders in their space, they have a long-standing team who are very close knit and are excited to be growing.

As the champion of customer service, you'll be responsible for:

Leading, delegating and working with the team to process orders, schedule service techs, and provide exceptional customer service
Promoting and growing sales both inbound and outbound calls, following up quotes and working closely with the sales reps and internal/external teams
Supporting your team by managing priorities, setting and monitoring KPIs
Working with Excel spreadsheets and data to create insightful reports on the team's performance as well as analysing areas to improve on
Being apart of the global rollout of SAP

What we are looking for:

Someone who is collaborative, enjoys being hands on and will drive the team's success using your strong leadership skills to help them deliver topnotch service and exceed KPIs
Strong Excel skills being able to work on price lists, updating spreadsheets and creating reports
Experience with SAP or a large ERP system is a huge bonus
Exceptional customer service skills and administrative skills
