Our client, in the automotive industry, is looking for a Program Manager to join their team on a permanent basis to work in business critical initiatives including a new ERP system implementation.


Key Deliverables:


  • Manage a major program of cross functional resources to ensure the delivery of a finance transformation program and ERP implementation.
  • Develop and maintain realistic and achievable Project Management Plans, incorporating project deliverables, scheduling, budgeting and key project milestones.
  • Manage a geographically diverse range of thirdparty vendors and business stakeholders
  • Assign, delegate, communicate and coordinate project tasks and activities.
  • Identify, manage, communicate and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Review and manage changes to the requirements through a formally defined scope change process including implications to project resources, schedules and budgets.
  • Measure and monitor progress at clearly defined points in the process to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet or exceed expectations.
  • Participation in portfolio management activities, including financial management ad budgeting process.

Key Skills

  • Extensive IT experience on a Program Manager/Project Management capacity
- experience with IT and Business Change projects.

  • Experience managing multidisciplinary project teams.
  • Experience with ERP implementations
  • MS Dynamics 365 preferred.
  • Wellpracticed in business process change activities.
