Description

Our client, in the automotive industry, is looking for a Program Manager to join their team on a permanent basis to work in business critical initiatives including a new ERP system implementation.

Key Deliverables:

Manage a major program of cross functional resources to ensure the delivery of a finance transformation program and ERP implementation.
Develop and maintain realistic and achievable Project Management Plans, incorporating project deliverables, scheduling, budgeting and key project milestones.
Manage a geographically diverse range of thirdparty vendors and business stakeholders
Assign, delegate, communicate and coordinate project tasks and activities.
Identify, manage, communicate and mitigate project risks and issues.
Review and manage changes to the requirements through a formally defined scope change process including implications to project resources, schedules and budgets.
Measure and monitor progress at clearly defined points in the process to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet or exceed expectations.
Participation in portfolio management activities, including financial management ad budgeting process.
