The Position

The Person
To be successful in this role we are looking for you to demonstrate:

  • Experience in proactive sourcing and talent attraction within an internal or external recruitment environment
  • Demonstrated experience in a fast passed and complex recruitment environment.
  • Experience in using recruitment systems (Page Up experience is ideal)
  • You work well within a team and contributes to overall team strength through collaboration
  • Customer focus in everything you do
  • Ability to travel to remote sites and attend career expos
  • Ability to meet KPIs and work to tight deadlines.
  • Resilient with a good work ethic and excellent research skills
