The Role:


  • Be the first point of contact for our customers
  • Providing a great customer experience
  • Data entry and data validation
  • General administration

What we are looking for:


  • A true passion for delivering customer service excellence
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills
  • Resilience and the ability to work in a complex and fast paced environment
  • Intermediate IT skills
