Regional Operations Manager

We're looking for an exceptional leader to guide the next stage in the development of our Iron Ore and Central West operations.


You will be a person with a demonstrated track-record of success, who is motivated to grow their people and their business.

In this role, you will be a key player in our Western Australian leadership team, taking responsibility for the Iron Ore and Central West operations (Esperance & West Kalgoorlie).


About the role
Reporting to the General Manager, you'll be accountable for partnering with customers and leading operational teams to ensure the delivery of safe, reliable and cost-effective supply chain services for our valued Bulk customers


You will:

  • Lead and implement strategies to sustain a strong safety culture.
  • Inspire and manage a team of regional operations leaders to deliver exceptional people and operations results.
  • Drive superior customer service outcomes through achieving and exceeding operational performance targets.
  • Manage the endtoend supply chain and P&L for the Central West region.
  • Work collaboratively to identify and implement plans that harness opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Act to mitigate risks within the region, supporting delivery of strategic goals, whilst ensuring flexibility for future opportunities.
  • Shape and advise on the development and implementation of short, medium
- and long-term strategic plans for the Central West region.

  • Build and manage internal and external relationships that will enhance the Bulk growth pipeline.
