A facility is looking to hire a full-time practice manager in Western Victoria.

The selected individual will have multiple responsibilities such as training individuals, hiring, handling medical documents, ordering medical equipment and supplies as well as develop and implement strategies.

Eligibility Criteria:

Prior management experience is highly valued (minimum 3 to 5 years working with interdisciplinary teams).
Experience with financial reporting and management procedures
Experienced in workforce recruitment, rostering, training & development
Great understanding of the Medicare Schedule
Strength in building customer and stakeholder relationships
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
