Duties:


Supporting a young, high-achieving team of 6 Sales Executives, this role will see you taking care of all aspects of Marketing - including Brand, Property and Social.


  • Coordinating photographers, copywriters & floor planners to site
  • Compiling all marketing material and getting properties live on the various real estate portals
  • Preparing Appraisal Packs, Marketing Quotes and Calendars
  • Compiling content and managing social media
  • Supporting agents with profile pieces and media liaison
  • Preparing OFI packs, Just Listed/Auction/Sold Letters
  • Provide administrative support for adhoc marketing needed

Specific requirements:


  • Be selfmotivated and enjoy taking the initiative
  • Strong admin and time management skills
  • Experience using social media
  • A NSW Drivers license and a reliable car is preferred
