We are currently looking for a Brand and Content Specialist for a global, B2B financial services organisation based in Brisbane.

This organisation are leaders in providing exceptional investment solutions to clients worldwide.

As Brand and Content Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing brand identity across various platforms.

Your creative expertise and strategic insights will drive the development and execution of impactful content that communicates the brand story, values and expertise.


Your key responsibilities will include:
Developing and implementing comprehensive content strategies that align with our brand goals and resonate with target audiences;
Working with internal technical writers and comms specialists to creating engaging and thought-provoking content, including articles, blog posts, social media content, whitepapers, case studies etc;
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across all touchpoints;
Managing the brand's online presence, monitoring social media channels and engaging with the online community to foster brand advocacy;
Conducting market research and staying updated on industry trends to identify opportunities for content innovation;
Collaborating with designers, photographers and videographers to create visually appealing and impactful multimedia content; and

Tracking and analysing content performance metrics to refine strategies and optimise reach and engagement.

To be considered for this role, your background must meet the following requirements.

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business or a related field;
Graphic design experience is essential, including the ability to confidently use the Adobe suite and Canva;
At least 4 years of experience in brand management, graphic design, content creation, or a similar role;
Experience in managing the design and creation of marketing collateral, content, merchandise etc;
Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for various audiences;
Proficiency in utilising content management systems, social media platforms and analytics tools;
Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines;
Creativity, attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics; and

Ability to drive brand advocacy across the organisation, promoting and maintaining the importance of brand consistency.
