Our Client Based in Greater Western Sydney is seeking an exceptional Childcare Director to join their team.

They are dedicated to providing a nurturing and educational environment for our children, and need a talented individual who shares their vision of excellence in early childhood education and care.


Responsibilities:


As our Childcare Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our service and working closely with our team to ensure a culture of excellence.


Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring compliance: Demonstrating excellent knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Standards, Early Years Learning Framework, National Regulations, and relevant legislation and laws.
  • Leadership: Providing guidance and support to our dedicated team of educators, promoting a collaborative and positive working environment.
  • Educational excellence: Encouraging and implementing best practices in early childhood education, fostering a love for learning in our children.
  • Safety and wellbeing: Ensuring the safety, health, and wellbeing of all children in our care, including possessing current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training, and a Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
  • Administration: Managing administrative tasks related to the operation of the childcare centre, such as budgets, enrolments, and staff schedules.

Qualifications and Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Education
  • Minimum of 23 years of experience as a Childcare Director
  • Current First Aid Certificate, including CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training
  • Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Proven record of strong occupancy levels within previous centres
