Reporting directly to the HR Manager interstate, this role is responsible for undertaking the day-to-day HR functions.

Key responsibilities:

Provide quality advice and project support on a full range of HR functions
Leadership of 1 direct report
Coordination and management of workplace integrity and relations matters.
Maintain sound knowledge of current HR legislation, awards, certified agreements, directives, policies and procedures.
Rolemodelling of leadership behaviours including building capability in others, supporting a professional and harmonious working environment, coaching, giving continuous feedback,
HR analysis and reporting
Input into the HR strategy for the broader organisation
Support the business in recruitment functions

- overseeing the matters of payroll and correct commission calculations

To be considered for this role you will have a strong background in Human Resources. You will be quick on your feet and have strong attention to detail. Your time-management skills and ability to manage demands will be critical in this busy fast paced environment.
