Work location will be in AWS Sydney CBD Campus.


Duties

Duties of a Receptionist/ Administration Assistant can vary:

  • Carrying out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
  • Administering and monitoring the use of the attendance system and ensuring that the attendance records are maintained continuously and accessible for the purposes of reporting to statutory body.
  • Updating student records on the student management information system.
  • Filing and updating student academic and administration files.
  • Assisting planning, managing and organising registration and induction for new students.
  • General office duties as required.

To be successful you will have:

  • Flexibility to handle multiple tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and effective time management
  • Excellent Computer Skills and Knowledge in Microsoft Office

Other:

  • Ability to speak another language will be an advantage as the role requires effective communication with international students around the globe.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Subcontract, Temp to perm, Internship, Graduate


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends
