Are you a Personal Care Worker looking to secure a permanent position within a leading national Aged Care provider? With endless career progression opportunities, our client is seeking PCAs from all levels of experience to provide support to their nursing and care staff across their organisation state-wide.

You will be working within a multidisciplinary team to provide clinical and emotional support to the residents, observing changes in residents' conditions and escalating any concerns

Work alongside an established team of enrolled nurses, registered nurses, carers and support staff

What the role looks like?

Residential Aged Care facilities located across Greater Melbourne
Deliver highquality care to residents
Provide personal care to residents with complex needs such as palliative care, dementia support and restorative care
Commitment to a Person-Centred model of care
Ensure quality of equipment, clothing and other personal items for residents

Requirements/Skills

Certificate III in Individual Support, or equivalent (Aged Care)
Full Australian Working Rights

Vaccinated against COVID1

Experience working in a residential Aged Care setting
