About the job:

Ensures projects and change initiatives meet their objectives by maximising employee engagement and fostering a positive acceptance of change for multiple technology projects.

Facilitates development of Technology Services content for various publications and meetings.

Key Skills & Responsibilities

Formal qualifications or certification in a recognised change management methodology such as PROSCI.
Proven experience in people change management in a project environment.
Extensive experience in a dedicated change management role with a demonstrated knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools.
Demonstrated experience as a change manager on major critical technology, infrastructure and transformation programme.
Proven experience developing strategic change and communications strategies.
Experience at delivering change outcomes across medium to large scale projects.
Ability to develop and sustain strong working relationships with Project / Program Manager and other key stakeholders across multiple geographical locations.
