About the Role:

As our Store Manager for Moorabbin, your responsibilities encompass overseeing the store's overall performance, fostering a supportive team environment, ensuring profitability, guiding and mentoring our Lindt Ambassadors to spread the word about the wonders of Lindt, and managing day-to-day operations.

This entails adeptly navigating between the shop floor, Point of Sale system, and the Beverage Bar, demonstrating exceptional multitasking skills.

We seek a proactive leader who not only motivates their team but also delivers an unparalleled chocolate experience, reinforcing the Lindt Brand.

What we would like you to bring:

Previous experience in a leadership role in a hospitality or retail environment i.e. Supervisor or Assistant Store Manager, looking for a chance to elevate their career to a Store Manager where you can showcase your enthusiasm and passion
Experience or knowledge in preparing rosters and achieving labour budgets for a team of approx. 15 Lindt Ambassadors
An ability to grow your local community and drive return sales through your charismatic and positive personality
Strong time management skills, ability to work effectively and independently with deadlines with a calm and consistent approach in a demanding enrivonment
Strong rapport building abilities to lead and coach a team of Lindt Ambassadors
Understanding of quality assurance and competent in Food Safety Standards
Previous barista experience, setting you up for success
Previous experience in inventory management, stocktake, visual merchandising and store presentation principles highly regarded
