National Workforce has joined forces with an Insurance Builder who complete Contents Restoration and Emergency Response to insurance claims and disasters throughout Australia.
We are currently seeking a Construction Supervisor to join the Strata Services team to manage a variety of jobs across Brisbane.
About the role:
- Work with small to large strata brokers
- Communicate with clients
- Manage trades for strata projects
- Meet SLA and KPI requirements
- Dispute and issue resolution
- Ensure all inspection, certificates of final inspection are signed off
Requirements for the role:
- QBCC site supervisor licence
- Ability to supervise projects
- Customer service experience
- Insurance building or strata background
- Carpentry/ Building trade qualified
- Strong computer skills
- Enjoy working in a team environment
