The Gig
You'll work in multiple projects and be able to get a great exposure across key areas within the business. With reconciliation and automation responsibilities, you'll be hungry to learn and develop within this role.
- Effectively handle reconciliation problems until they are resolved and optimize solutions.
- Create journals to carry out financial services.
- Examine and resolve discrepancies in reports.
- Guarantee that GL balances and variances adhere to applicable business rules.
- Oversee chargebacks, analyze banking files, report to thirdparty vendors, process patron refunds, and address operator inquiries.
- Support monthend and yearend reporting for General Ledger accounts.
- Identify opportunities for enhancing system processes and advocate for the automation of relevant reports.
About You
You are a junior to mid level Financial Analyst with a degree in Finance / Accounting passion to learn and grow your skillset.
Key Technical Skills Required:
- Advanced Excel knowledge.
- Experience working in reconciliation.
- Experience working in financial systems.
- Ability to manage large data loads.
