Your New Role

Reporting to the People and Performance Manager, your role is to coach and guide managers on day-to-day employee matters, restructures and generalist HR related issues.

Your role will include attending meetings, supporting manager in change management and preparation relevant documentation. The provision of advice regarding policies, procedures and relevant legislation will also form part of the role. With locations across the State may be required to travel for staff meetings.

We are looking for someone who will bring enthusiasm and energy to the role with a great attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.

About You

Tertiary qualifications in a relevant area and experience in a similar role;
Demonstrated experience in restructures or change management.
Demonstrated ability to interpret industrial instruments and to provide advice;
Demonstrated ability in building and maintaining relationships both internally and externally;
Effective time management skills with a demonstrated ability to meet multiple deadlines and commitments;
