Partnering with the Management team of the Store, your role as Team Leader is integral to inspire and develop our Service and Selling team to deliver high performance and exceed customer expectations.

Lead and motivate the team to develop creative ways to drive sales targets as well as ensuring our customers receive personal attention by creating an exceptional store experience.


To be considered for this position you will need to be available to work across our key store trading hours, including weekends and peak trading times.


Your Background:


  • People leadership / supervisory experience within womenswear / intimate apparel retail environment
  • Retail sales experience with proven customer service and selling skills
  • Proven interpersonal and communication skills
  • Time management, prioritisation and problem solving skills
  • Passion for customer service and a love of retail
