As an APS 6 Level Case Management expert, you will be at the forefront of shaping and influencing impactful decisions within the Agency.

In this pivotal role, you will showcase your leadership prowess by guiding a dynamic team towards achieving excellence in their roles.


Key responsibilities include:

Undertaking comprehensive case management activities, ensuring alignment with legislative guidelines.
Analysing complex AAT matters and devising innovative solutions for early resolution.
Employing exceptional advocacy skills and alternative dispute resolution methods to uphold model litigant principles.
Active participation in Case Conferences, Conciliations, and AAT Hearings.
Crafting detailed documents that outline resolution strategies and meeting outcomes.
Assessing priorities and risks, demonstrating a commitment to participant well-being and the Agency objectives.
Maintaining meticulous electronic records to substantiate decision-making processes.
