  • Indicative Total Remuneration: $357,576 $606,616 p.a. (pro rata) MDO2 | Part Time, 33.75 hours p/w, Until October 2023


As the Respiratory Consultant, you will provide clinical services of the highest possible standard to medicine patients within the Respiratory and Sleep Services, both in terms of individual performance and by contributing to a multi-disciplinary approach to the delivery of patient care.

You will liaise with other Directorates and Services of the LHN, with other health providers in the community and hospital sector as well as with the broader community in the pursuit of comprehensive patient care.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Bachelor of Medicine; Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) or equivalent.
  • Appropriate Specialist Qualifications
- be registered or registrable with the Medical Board of Australia as a Medical Practitioner with Specialist registration; or another qualification as defined in the SA Medical Officers Award.

  • Extensive clinical experience relevant to work in Respiratory & Sleep Medicine.
  • Experience with the supervision and teaching of undergraduate and postgraduate medical staff.

The total FTE - 0.9 FTE or fraction there of may be an option if an acceptable schedule can be arranged.
