About us

The moment a guest steps into one of our hotels, they walk into a genuinely memorable experience. You'll create the warm atmosphere that brings our guests back to our hotel time and time again.


Our Guest Service Agents are focused on creating outstanding guest experiences for our guests every step of the way - from arrival, to assisting with their day to day needs through to departure.

As a team we all work closely, so we are looking for multi-skilled super stars that can check-in a guest, park their car and make them a coffee.


A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:

  • Kicking off truly memorable guest experiences with the warmest of welcomes
  • Acknowledging IHG Rewards Club members and returning guests in person or over the phone
  • Taking, managing, and receiving payments for guest bookings
  • Making the checkin and checkout process feel swift and seamless
  • Staying one step of our guests' needs to anticipate requests and offer tailored recommendations
  • Being our guests' trusted contact helping with everything from bill issues to restaurant recommendations

What We need from you:
You will need have excellent communication and problem-solving skills to turn potential issues into opportunities.

You must be flexible working on a 24/7 rotating roster -mornings, late shifts, weekend and public holiday shifts are all part of the job.


You must have a Responsible Service of Alcohol Certification for South Australia, Australian Drivers License and full Australian Working Rights.
