    Description

    Our Finance and Administration Team is seeking a Billing & Receipting Officer , accountable for providing operational and administrative support for school finances.

    About the Opportunity

    Reporting to the Billing & Receipting Coordinator, you will join the Finance & Administration team, who's central offices are at Parramatta. More specifically, the Billing & Receipting Officer is accountable for:

  • Providing operational support to the Billing and Receipting team
  • Generating invoices and account statements
  • Receipting and allocating all payments received
  • Perform accurate account reconciliations in a timely manner
  • Correspondence with internal and external stakeholders
  • Providing assistance on end of month and end of year tasks
