About our client
Our client is a newly established cosmetic manufacturing business on the path of significant growth. They are looking to recruit an Office Admin Assistant to join their growing team.


Responsibilities

  • Provides effective and efficient administrative support relating to (but not confined to) financial processes, records management, purchasing and administrative services.
  • Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation within Strategic Partnerships.
  • Prepares and edits correspondence, reports, presentations and confidential correspondence.
  • Provides quality customer service for all clients including answering telephone enquiries.
  • Performs reception duties as required.
  • Assists with the preparation of correspondence, reports, speeches and minutes.
  • Gathers data and prepares reports for more detailed analysis by senior executives.
  • Coordinates and undertakes booking of travel, catering, events, special functions and meetings as required.
  • Maintains administration systems, including diaries, records, mail, filing and archiving of records.
  • Coordinates and undertakes purchasing of office supplies and acts as incurring and certifying officer for purchases.
  • Invoicing to customers and receipts from suppliers
  • Organises logistics for the Company.
  • Organising samples/couriers
  • Assist all directors as per instructed and required

  • Experience in an office environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs especially MS word, Outlook and Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Cosmetic manufacturing experience in desirable but not mandatory
