Gills Consulting Associates is a recruiting firm and we are always on a lookout for raw talent and expertise. But now we are looking for a Admin/Receptionist to be placed immediately.


We are looking for an experienced and efficient Admin/Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.


Expected Joining Date :
Immediate.


Responsibilities:


  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
  • Attend to phone or inperson reception inquiries, records and pass messages accurately;
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls;
  • Work collegially in a team environment;
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk;
  • Be the first point of contact for administration works
  • Arrange meetings, appointments if required;
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  • Maintain a record of students, action agreements;
  • Support the Administrative Manager in all duties related to administrative works;
  • Filing, reporting, and documenting as per guidance;
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

Essential Criteria:


  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
  • Should have full time working right with full time availability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrated experience and success in providing personal support services in an educational context;
  • Strong communication skills and commitment to the service;
  • Commitment to principles of diversity and inclusion and experience working with culturally diverse customers;
  • Ability to work in a team.

Salary:
$ $25.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Hornsby, NSW 2077: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • MS Office: 1 year (preferred)
  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

  • Australia (preferred)
