Gills Consulting Associates is a recruiting firm and we are always on a lookout for raw talent and expertise. But now we are looking for a Admin/Receptionist to be placed immediately.
We are looking for an experienced and efficient Admin/Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
Expected Joining Date :
Immediate.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Attend to phone or inperson reception inquiries, records and pass messages accurately;
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls;
- Work collegially in a team environment;
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk;
- Be the first point of contact for administration works
- Arrange meetings, appointments if required;
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Maintain a record of students, action agreements;
- Support the Administrative Manager in all duties related to administrative works;
- Filing, reporting, and documenting as per guidance;
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
Essential Criteria:
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
- Should have full time working right with full time availability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated experience and success in providing personal support services in an educational context;
- Strong communication skills and commitment to the service;
- Commitment to principles of diversity and inclusion and experience working with culturally diverse customers;
- Ability to work in a team.

Salary:
$ $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Hornsby, NSW 2077: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- MS Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (preferred)
