Job DescriptionThe Project
ACCIONA has been selected to deliver Western Harbour Tunnel - Stage 2, Sydney's third harbour crossing.
The new Western Harbour Tunnel (WHT) will connect to WestConnex at the Rozelle Interchange, cross underneath Sydney Harbour between Birchgrove and Waverton, and connect with the Warringah Freeway near North Sydney.
Project scope includes:
- Construction of approximately 4.8 kilometres of mainline tunnels with three lanes in each direction
- Civil, Mechanical and Electrical fitout of Stage 1 and Stage 2 tunnels
- Surface level work, including on and off ramps and tiein work to the Warringah Freeway
In line with the above, ACCIONA are now looking for a Quality Administrator to join the Western Harbour Tunnel Project.
Key accountabilities for the position:
- Support the daytoday administrative activities for the Quality Engineers
- Maintenance of appropriate filing systems for key documents
- Organise and attend meetings, including the development of agendas, minute taking and follow up actions.
- General administrative activities for the Quality team
- Development of PowerPoint presentations and other communication materials
- Data entry and system management
Capability & Experience you will need to have:
- Qualification in Business Administration or equivalent
- Prior experience in a similar position
- Welldeveloped MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Knowledge of quality management software/tools would be advantageous
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Clear communication skills; adept at building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
