The Opportunity


Our Commercial Analyst - Category is responsible for owning and transforming the NPD process from approval to post launch review.


You will be a key business partner to the marketing team and be responsible for providing category insights and analysis.


The Accountabilities

  • Provide ownership of financial and commercial input into NPD. This includes providing analysis of marketing and trade investment into NPD
  • Business partnering with marketing/category to provide category performance financial analysis. Focus on simplifying understanding of financials to provide valueadding insights to assist in decision making and bring trends to life
  • Process improvement and streamlining
  • Optimise efficiency and agility through identifying improvements to drive business performance
  • Establish ways of working with key internal stakeholders across the relevant business units

  • ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders at various levels
  • Superior time management and organising skills
  • Ability to business partner and provide critical analysis to make clear recommendations
  • Superior presentation skills you will need to be able to juggle multiple priorities from various stakeholders whilst maintaining output levels
  • Highly strategic thinking
