About the role:


  • Point of contact for customer order processing
  • Receive and load all approved customer purchase orders into Pronto
  • Oversee the repair and returns process
  • Provide order confirmation to customers with estimated day of shipment
  • Update new sales orders and status
  • Liaise with Manufacturing Operations Manager to ensure timely order completion
  • Provide directions in terms of shipping costs
  • Review and approve invoices, obtain quotes for shipping (domestic and local)
  • Maintain customer correspondences regarding delays or price changes
  • Assist with annual stock take and report any inventory issues
  • Reporting to the Manufacturing Operations Manager

About you:


  • Minimum 5 years of Customer Service experience
  • Experience dealing with freight companies for domestic and export shipments
  • Business, Engineering or similar Certificate or Diploma (preferred not essential)
  • Experience supervising warehouse facilities and personnel (preferred not essential)
  • Decision making and problemsolving abilities
  • Ability to work as a team player
  • Efficient communication and interpersonal skills
