About the role:

Point of contact for customer order processing
Receive and load all approved customer purchase orders into Pronto
Oversee the repair and returns process
Provide order confirmation to customers with estimated day of shipment
Update new sales orders and status
Liaise with Manufacturing Operations Manager to ensure timely order completion
Provide directions in terms of shipping costs
Review and approve invoices, obtain quotes for shipping (domestic and local)
Maintain customer correspondences regarding delays or price changes
Assist with annual stock take and report any inventory issues
Reporting to the Manufacturing Operations Manager

About you:

Minimum 5 years of Customer Service experience
Experience dealing with freight companies for domestic and export shipments
Business, Engineering or similar Certificate or Diploma (preferred not essential)
Experience supervising warehouse facilities and personnel (preferred not essential)
Decision making and problemsolving abilities
Ability to work as a team player
Efficient communication and interpersonal skills
