    This is a wonderful opportunity to join one of Melbourne's top employers. This exciting opportunity for a legal secretary to develop their skills and work within a friendly, dynamic and hardworking team.

    Our client is a large commercial medium size firm based in Melbourne's CBD. This firm is known for their excellent culture and environment. You will be working for a fantastic firm providing support to an experienced compassionate, supportive principal and a group of lawyers.

    Typical duties may include:

    • Liaising with clients
    • Typing of dictations
    • Preparation of Counsel briefs both physical and electronic
    • Filling
    • Opening and closing files
    • Monthly billing using Affinity practice management system
    • Diary management and managing of timeframes
    • Document management using iManage
    • General administrative tasks

    About you
    To be successful in this role you will have previous experience in family law. You will enjoy working as part of a smaller team and be calm under pressure.
