Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Supply and Demand Planner to join our team in Sydney.

You will be responsible for leading product forecasting processes in conjunction with the Sales and Marketing teams and required to manage the supply process with regional and global partners to ensure product availability while optimizing the inventory level to meet the target stock holding.


Key Responsibilities- Lead demand forecasting for identified commercial teams.- Liaise with regional and global for supply planning.- Lead recommendations, reporting and insights in S&OP meetings.- Deliver regional and global reporting as required.- Co-ordination and implementation of project plans as required.- Partner with Finance for aligned demand and financial reporting requirements, including month end reporting.


Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in business management, logistics, Supply Chain or a related field.- Previous experience of 4 to 8 years in Supply and Demand planning, particular focus on understanding of logistics processes dealing directly with supply chain in a medical related organisation is an advantage.- Strong experience of collaboration with commercial teams to lead Supply and Demand forecasting.- Previous experience dealing with product development/management and projects.- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.- Good written and oral communication skills.- Ability to work well in a team-based environment.- Ability to interact and deal with people from various cultural backgrounds/level.- Motivated, independent, resourceful, efficient and able to handle several projects simultaneously.
