The Role:
- Learning the ropes
- Property Officer
- Supporting a PM with a small rent roll of 50 properties
- Dealing with the tradespeople
- Issuing keys
- Open for inspections
- Ingoings & routines
- Loading new properties on the companies website
- Reception/Ad hoc duties
- Excellent Time Management & relationship building kills
- Car & Drivers License
- Experience in customer service
- The ability to "think on your feet"
- High attention to detail & strong communication skills
- Hold a Certificate of Registration OR willing to obtain
