Customer Service Consultants to join their friendly team based at Yennora.
This position is an integral part in providing exceptional customer service.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing inbound calls nationally
- Liaising with internal departments
- First touch resolution advising customers with accurate information
- Data Entry of customer orders, work orders
- Processing of customer payments, including refunds
- Customer Administration
- Customer Portal Administration (setting up of customers and answering queries)
- Exceptional customer service skills
- High attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Microsoft office skills are essential
- Ability to work in a team environment
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual with the experience and aspiration to work in an industry-leading and dynamic environment.

Salary:
$60, $65,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
