Customer Service Consultant

Our client is seeking experienced
Customer Service Consultants to join their friendly team based at Yennora.

This position is an integral part in providing exceptional customer service.


Your key responsibilities will include:


  • Managing inbound calls nationally
  • Liaising with internal departments
  • First touch resolution advising customers with accurate information
  • Data Entry of customer orders, work orders
  • Processing of customer payments, including refunds
  • Customer Administration
  • Customer Portal Administration (setting up of customers and answering queries)
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • High attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Microsoft office skills are essential
  • Ability to work in a team environment

Salary:
$60, $65,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
